Hardwood Flooring Installation, Laminate Flooring Installation (Bathrooms Excluded)
"These guys were amazing! I worked with Summit Hardwood which is a subsidiary of Hardwood-Headquarters, LLC. The quote was great and it was exactly what I was charged. There were no hidden fees or last minute surprises. They were kind, conscientious, and they were a pleasure to have in our home doing the work. I can't believe how quickly they got everything installed-- they were amazing!!"

Painting Drywall
"The crew was very professional and very thorough. They did a great job communicating daily expectations and how weather was affecting next steps. In addition to painting the exterior siding on my home, they white washed the bricks on the lower level and chimney. The whole team worked hard to make sure that the white wash looked exactly the way that I wanted it. They weren't satisfied until I was satisfied! They also did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day, and minimized the impact on my family's day to day activities. I would definitely recommend them!"

Furniture refinishing, Furniture Refinishing (Interior &Exterior), Interior Painting , and 3 more
"Andrew is the nicest guy and got our large 150+ year old walnut table looking like new in less than a week. Not to mention he was half the cost of the other quotes we got. My wife and I are already talking about other pieces we can have him refinish. 10/10 from us."

Painting, Interior or Exterior painting
"Tyler did an amazing job repainting our cabinets. We had a dark finish prior, and wanted the cabinets white to brighten up our kitchen. Tyler was quick, efficient, and we ended up with a great finished product. As someone who has seen other projects in Tyler's portfolio, I'd recommend Tyler not only for your interior painting, but exterior as well."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
Milford Addition & Remodeling Contractors are rated 4.5 out of 5 based on 273 reviews of 273 pros.
