"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

From the associate who provided the estimate to the two crews that came to perform the work, I was thoroughly impressed with this company. Not only did they provide a better quote than two other companies I had take a look, but they also provided great recommendations about what to fix and what was unnecessary padding. They were able to schedule the work within the same month and I stayed around during the construction to watch them work. They were very polite, mindful of the neighbors and checked with me each time they had to do anything off script. Even the city inspector who stopped by to inspect the work indicated to me privately that the crew knew what they were doing and was performing good work. No one wants to dig up their yard to replace a sewer line but if it is something you have to do, you want to someone you can trust. I couldn't have been more happy with my experience with OBA and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a similar repair."
