"Bledar and Team did a beautiful job! I am so pleased with the results. He took the time to make recommendations and to ensure we were happy with the paint colors. He and his team were on time each day and I was really impressed with how efficiently they accomplished the job. My house is very large and has very high ceilings and took several day to paint. Bledar and Team did an excellent job on all the painting and on the detailing around the windows and wall moldings. They patched spots I had not even noticed and ensured everything was perfect. They extra care that took to protect my hard wood floors and moved some very large pieces of furniture. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the area and left everything neatly covered. I wish I could give Bledar a 10 star rating because they really deserve it. I would highly recommend this Team."

"A score of 5 isn't high enough to score this group! They built closets in 2 bedrooms (from scratch, actually BUILT the closets) and painted both rooms; walls, ceilings and trim. They are professional, respectful, friendly and accommodating. I work from home and need it quiet as possible because I am on the phone quite a bit. William's team were very good about keeping the doors closed and about making their cuts and doing "noisy" work outside. That made a lot of trips up/down steps; in/out (which they also did quietly!). They always took their shoes off when entering the house and still put drop cloths down in the rooms they worked in as well as on the steps and down the hallway to be certain our home was protected from inadvertent damage. They are hard workers and the quality of work is EXCELLENT! The walls they repaired and painted all look like brand new drywall! They work efficiently to complete the project in record time. They completed our work from start to finish and cleaned up, in 4 days!!!!! If you need ANYTHING done in your home; painting, remodeling, building, flooring, THIS IS THE TEAM FOR YOU!!!!! "TLC painted our ceilings, walls and trim throughout our home. They were very accommodating working within a tight timeline AND finished the job on time. The final bill was exactly the amount that had been quoted at the initial walk through. Iâ m extremely happy with the work they did in my home. I plan to use TLC again with future projects and would highly recommend them to others looking for professional painters."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
