"I used Jose Palacios for engineered flooring repairs. Jose was very professional and came to my home to give me an estimate. We agreed upon a price and the date the floors would be repaired. He and his workers arrived on time and started to work immediately. They took out the damaged planks and scraped the floors and got all the glue off and then put new glue down and put the new boards in. Then he cleaned all the adhesive off that came up. He then put wood putty in the seams where he replaced the boards. He cleaned up thoroughly and the final step was to put down weights on the replaced boards. I highly recommend Palacios Flooring and will use them again for any future hardwood flooring projects that come up. Thank you Jose for the professional repair!
