The technician was very knowledgeable and had every part needed right there on his vehicle. He repaired the issue but also took his time to evaluate the entire door to make recommendations for continued smooth and safe operation that would also cut future costs of a catastrophic failure. For my mother's garage he tightened all the nuts and bolts, adjusted the chain got better operation, re-calibrated the motor and lubricated all the moving parts.
