"Without warning, all toilets in the house were plugged. Needless to say, this was an emergency. Jeff Neil called immediately after we put our problem out there on Home Adviser. He came over quickly, tried to snake the lines but something was blocking. After sending a camera down the line he discovered the problem: we had a root ball in our sewage line 60' from the house. Without hesitation, Jeff Neil came up with a plan to fix it. It required digging a 6 foot deep hole 4 feet wide and 4 feet long to get at the problem area. Luckily, they were able to get the root ball out, put on a new cap, fill the hole, and re-sod the front lawn. I was totally impressed with the professionalism, confidence, and competence of these guys. And man did they work hard. Oh, and the price was less than I thought. Thanks Jeff and John for all your hard work and getting us back to normal. I'd recommend you to anyone and will call the next time we need any plumbing or heating work."
