During the quote, he identified and fixed loose bolts in our new house that came with a damaged garage door system to ensure we could be safe until the door was replaced. He was the perfect level of proactive and responsive without being pushy. Alex got us the right door for the right price, and showed he did not upcharge by helping explain that the single insulation would be sufficient for our garage door and what we used it for vs double insulation that would have been overkill and more expensive for no reason.
