"They were very nice people to work with. They were very good about communicating with us. They made sure we looked project over before they continued on to next part (looking over structural stuff repaired before it was covered back up with siding). They had us check the paint to make sure it was correct before proceeding to paint house, and they worked continuously from the time they arrived to the end of the day. They were good about not letting our dog out of the gate when they were back in forth in the front and backyard. They were very thorough and cleaned the yard up before they left every day. Work was actually started earlier than originally planned and was completed in less time than we were told. We checked around with estimates prior to them and they were less expensive than the others and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"My entire town home needed siding replaced, and since it was built in the 80's, the drywall behind the siding was rotting away as well. I'd received various quotes for the job which all seemed too high, but Honest Abe's price was fair for the amount of work required. I was surprised that the job was done in only three days: One day for removing old siding, one day for putting up new siding, and a third day for painting. The quality of the work is very good. My HOA requires me to maintain the same look and colors of my neighbors. Honest Abe was able to match the paint without trouble, and now my walls look like new. There were some issues with electrical work while working on the siding. My detached garage has an outside sub-panel that they needed to move aside during the work. Also, at some point during construction, a nail apparently drove through an electrical line in my bedroom wall, knocking out service. Honest Abe paid for both of these repairs to be corrected, which I think is very honest indeed. All in all, I'm impressed with the craftsmanship of the workers, and the integrity of the company, and I must highly recommend them for any construction needs. I'll certainly be keeping them in mind for the future."
