They spend all the time needed, no rush until the work was perfectly completed. They had to replace many parts and they came from the original Sub-Zero manufacture. Price was the lowest and the most honest of all the other 3 companies that I called, and who, to my perception, were just trying to overcharge as much as they could. But Mr Appliance (Fritz à  tienne) they just quoted the best price and stick to it. It shows that they really what they were doing and they were as knowledgeable as â  HighEnd Serviceâ  if not more.. I highly recommend â  Fitzâ  s Applianceâ  to everyone in case you need a beyond good appliance repair company."

"Very honest people. They came out and tried to repair my refrigerator on several occasions. I paid in full after the first repair. But after a few days the Refridgerator broke down again. The company came out four times to try to fix. When it was determined that it could not be fixed, the company returned my money in full. I was very impressed."
