Washer needed a new drain pump. Jose Herrera gave me a next day appointment and fixed the problem fast and efficiently. He also took care of the food disposal machine that wasn’t working. I highly recommend him for all your home appliances replacements and or repairs.

The technician who came out , Jose, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem. He already had the necessary parts and fixed the washing machine without any delays. I definitely use his services again.

Jose from All Dade Appliances called me back with 2 minutes on a weekend and scheduled me for Tuesday to fix my dishwasher. He came and had replacement and done on Thursday. He knows his appliances well and he is clean, methodical, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again. Angee's List found us a great appliance wizard!!

José was very professional. Came over same day evaluated the problem and repaired the 23 yo refrigerator’s filter system within a week. Reasonable price. Will use again if and when need appliance repairs.

Though it was late afternoon, Jose said he could come by that same day, and he first tried replacing the part that starts the compressor on my older Whirlpool fridge, as he says that's the problem 90% of the time and he keeps them on his truck. When the problem turned out to be the compressor itself, he said they would be able to get the part and do the repair the next day. His associate Julio had the fridge fixed by 2PM the next day. Jose was very good at communicating his and Julio's arrival status by phone, and I am very happy with the repair. Beats buying one of the newer, less-reliable refrigerators.
