"This review is a work in progress-Marc W. came to our house and quickly diagnosed our situation and recommended a dehumidifier to begin with-which we purchased from him. He did not recommend a (just yet) the need for sump pumps and waterproof barrier. This action alone on Marcs part put the stamp of approval in my head- In addition- his competition never said let's wait and see-what they said was it will cost you this and lets start digging tomorrow. Chris K. installed the dehumidifier and he was quick and professional-I will continue to seek direction with this company concerning my basement"

Their employees worked hard to make sure I was always informed on the status of the project. They took care to protect the house during the removal of the existing roof shingles.
