"Second floor full bath remodel, 65+ year old house: required down-to-studs demo and removal of 3-inches deep cement flooring, heavily tiled lath/plaster walls, and cast iron tub, with all the unknowns of older construction and some tricky constricted spaces for rebuild & tiling. Even in his initial assessment before hiring, Chris was generous and helpful with his time and ideas, and throughout the job his enthusiasm and confidence were constantly reassuring. He and Jamie were skilled and knowledgeable, worked diligently start to finish, no lags and no mess, and with careful attention to quality and detail. Unanticipated problems were solved with thoughtful craftsmanship, and ownerâs requests were always met. We now have a plumb and beautiful new bathroom with all the features desired, completed in record time. One of our best experiences with a contractor, ever."

"Doraz Contracting did an A+ job with the repair of my garage door system. He came to the house and reviewed the garage door system and determined that it could be repaired and did not need to be replaced. He was detailed in the job analysis and responded well to my questions. The bid was very reasonable. In a few days he came back and in a couple of hours, installed a new overhead motor and made some adjustments to the door itself. I now have a motion activated light in the garage and he provided two remotes."
