"Second floor full bath remodel, 65+ year old house: required down-to-studs demo and removal of 3-inches deep cement flooring, heavily tiled lath/plaster walls, and cast iron tub, with all the unknowns of older construction and some tricky constricted spaces for rebuild & tiling. Even in his initial assessment before hiring, Chris was generous and helpful with his time and ideas, and throughout the job his enthusiasm and confidence were constantly reassuring. He and Jamie were skilled and knowledgeable, worked diligently start to finish, no lags and no mess, and with careful attention to quality and detail. Unanticipated problems were solved with thoughtful craftsmanship, and owner’s requests were always met. "We called inquiring about a new deck with handicapped ramp capabilities. Steve came over, assessed our situation and proposed a solution. He was given the challenge, and worked within our budget to complete a very sturdy deck with a h/c ramp for future needs. After we saw his attention to detail we contracted two more projects, railings on the front steps and a stair-lift for our interior. I am a very particular customer, very exacting and I pay attention to all aspects of the project, and let the project manager know if there is a concern about the project. The professional craftsmen that worked on our projects were absolutely outstanding. It was as if they were building our projects for family."

He was prompt and professional. Our first conversation was Sunday evening and he and four other employees were ripping out my bathroom completely on Wednesday morning. They showed up at 8:00 sharp every morning and worked till 4:00 each day. We had some extra issues in the 65-year-old house that Usin handled professionally with complete communication. They cleaned up thoroughly after each day and there was not one time within this entire project that I felt insecure. That’s a huge bonus! I am thrilled with the way the bathroom came out. A leaking vent pipe and wiring concerns led to problems above the bathroom in the attic. I was completely aware that my roof was shot so we agreed it should be done now. Roof, gutters and a house paint all done within the same timeframe. Highly recommend!! Serious professionals!!"

He was on time every day, immaculately clean, went extra to get things from store so I wouldn't have to, knowledgeable n professional. I then had him do a partial redo on half bath.
