"Mario had previously done work on my home repairing pieces of trim that had been destroyed by carpenter bees and fixed sections of my gutter and roofing that had not previously been installed properly. Because of this past work, I trusted him and his company employees to do quality work for me. Mario came to my home to inspect, measure, and identify what repairs were required for my cedar fence and had me follow along with him to agree to which boards needed replacing. Upon my request, he provided a written quote, and upon completion of the job he further offered a written one year warranty on materials, labor, and repairs. Once hired, he came out with his different crews to ensure that the work would be carried out properly and provided a thorough explanation of the work required and provided materials they would need to complete the job. He had a crew that replaced cedar fence and support boards and a separate crew that power washed and painted the fence. ALL of his crew were very professional, timely, and stayed focused on the job at hand. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of work, expertise, and timeliness of the Best Maintenance Group. I plan to utilize Best Maintenance in the future for other home projects that need to be done. GREAT JOB MARIO AND CREWS!"
