Excellent experience with this sales consultant! They offered a great selection of home exterior improvement options and truly knew their stuff. We are so happy with the work ethic & professionalism of this company. We had 6 fence post replaced, by Seven Star Improvement and not one plant or flower was disturbed. They arrived in a marked truck, introduce themselves, cleaned up afterward and let us know when they were completed with the job. The supervisor followed up to ask if we had any concerns and if the job was done to our satisfaction! How refreshing, in today's world this does not happen very offered. The price was very completive, GREAT COMPANY!!!

An unexpected leaking washing machine left our house in disarray, and all the while my wife was 8 months pregnant. The contractors we were working with really took their sweet time with every step, and only once it was time to pay them did they inform us that none of the work could be done until after the baby arrived. I contacted Seven Star, and they were able to come out and get work started within 3 days of signing a contract and completed work in only 4 days (compared to the 2-3 weeks the other contractor had quoted us). They were reasonable and straightforward with their pricing, and the final product is excellent! The next time I need work done, Seven Star Improvement is the first call I’m going to make!

They originally came out to look at a few windows I was having problems with. After doing a very thorough inspection on all the windows I had in the home we found several problems that were brought to my attention. We started with the windows on the front of our house first with the intention of replacing the remaining windows the following year. The install process went very smoothly and afterwards we proceeded with the remaining windows. I highly recommend Seven Star for any future projects!! Donna S Avon Indiana
