"We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project."

Rojas Custom homes ordered, paid for and picked up the tiles at no additional markup. The installation was near flawless. "I have a 2900sf home with old saltillo tile in it. I wanted to replace it, but was hesitant due to knowing how messy it would be to remove it. I had family coming to town in less than 2 weeks, and really wanted to have it done prior to their arrival. I made an apt, they came out the same day. They started to install the next day. Their salesman JD, was very knowledgeable, and patient with us on educating what is best for our home and helping to calm our nerves about the demo process. The installers were very professional and did dustless tile removal. The system is called dustless, but there is still dust, just a lot less of it. Either way, they were very meticulous and there was not much dust. I was very impressed with them and the process. John, from customer care, called us twice a day to check in and make sure everything was going great. At the final walkthrough they found some things not perfect and came back within a day to fix it. Then to top it off, they gave us free air duct cleaning and free professional cleaner when the job was done. They went above and beyond and finished that big job just over a week and in time for my family to see my new home. I would definitely use them again and will recommend Healthy Home Flooring to everyone."
