"Peter and his crew were just great. Good communication from Peter, his office, and the workers throughout the project. Peter was the only contractor of five that I enlisted with Service Magic that said I should have a permit for my windows from the city of Arvada. All the others said it was not necessary. Peter mentioned the cost was minimal to do this, but it gave me an extra layer of security that they did the project right. Anymore, if you don't pull a city municipality permit for your project it could come back later as a nightmare when you go to sell the home. The new buyers will require that you document this. D.
