"A+ for Krasiva. We wanted to install French Doors out to our new travertine patio. Had many issues with the landscaper and his work. We would not have been able to get our French Doors if it weren't for Derek (manager) and Greg (owner). After many phone calls, tears, and texts, they did a lot of altering the plans and troubleshooting for us. When the crew came to install, they were prompt and polite, easy to work with, did not leave any messes. The door fits perfectly and looks beautiful. Greg saved us from a very daunting experience and even came out today to see that we were satisfied. Great company to work with! Can't say that enough!"

"We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project."
