"Reading the other reviews makes me think, what more could I add? Instead I would like to join the line of people praising the work of California Restoration. In todays construction world, its rare and I mean RARE to get contractors to do things on time, on budget and with quality. Ive never experienced a loss in my home like this (kitchen fire) and I have to say even though I hope I never experience this again, I would call this team in a heartbeat. The entire team was not only competent, but also polite, dependable, informative, etc. VERY customer centric. These types of qualities are becoming less and less common in the marketplace. Thank you again."

"I had an outstanding experience with Cody from Executive Contracting during my bathroom renovation. From the very beginning, he was transparent about pricing, which gave me confidence and clarity about the budget and what to expect. Codyâ s communication throughout the project was exceptionalâ he was always quick to respond and kept me informed every step of the way. His attention to detail was evident not only in his own work but also in the quality of the tradesmen he contracted. Cody clearly expected the best, and it showed in the craftsmanship and final outcome. It truly felt like he treated my home with the same care and high standards as if it were his own. Thanks to Codyâ s meticulous project management, I never had to worryâ he handled everything seamlessly. The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldnâ t be more thrilled. Iâ m already looking forward to working with Cody on my next project, knowing that it will be just as amazing as this one."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
