"I requested estimates on this web site at midnight. At 8:00 AM the next morning Dennis called me and scheduled an estimate early that afternoon. He arrived promptly, estimated the job to take 2 hours, and offered to do the job right then. His hourly rate was less than another quote I received, and he made no-big-deal about opening seams, removing excess material, and re-sealing the seams. The other company had claimed it was a big deal and was going to charge $100 extra for every seam they had to open and re-seal (I had three). Dennis finished the job in just a little less than the 2 hours he'd estimated (including moving some furniture). The wrinkles in the carpet are gone and the seams he opened and re-sealed are flawless."

They took the initiative to cut carpeting, which we had communicated our intent to replace after painting, along baseboards in order to ensure paint covered all base moulding. "We just had the most amazing new flooring installation done by Alex and James over this past weekend and couldn't be happier!! We had already purchased all the "Luxury Vinyl Plank" flooring last year, but needed someone who was HIGHLY QUALIFIED to do the installation in multiple rooms, hallways, three staircases (21 steps total) and two bathrooms, besides tearing out all the old carpeting and flooring and disposing of everything. Alex and James were on time at 8am both days, went right to work and worked non-stop except for a short lunch break which we provided for them. Our home looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and we would most definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing any type of flooring installed---they do EXCEPTIONAL work and are extremely PROFESSIONAL and RELIABLE!!
