He came out on time, clean uniform, and performed his inspection, and he did a high-quality and thoroughly detailed job. He was very knowledgeable and talked over every aspect of the test results with me. He was very patient and took extra time to explain and answer additional questions i had. He made sure i was satisfied and gave me peace of mind.
