He did not try to sell us anything that we did need (like other companies). He was in and out in one day. He made sure I knew exactly what was done and how to use the new shower. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. I wish I lived in the area so that he could replace my tub. I appreciate that he was able to get the new shower in within a week of contacting him especially since it was a Christmas gift."
