"O-u-t-s-t-a-n-d-i-n-g. From the first consolation to their designer to their wonderful and efficient office staff to their operations superintendent, we had the best remodeling experience. Equally important is the superb communication process thru out the whole remodel and the continued accommodation to the homeowners by Ilai the project manager. We appreciate the smooth operations. The crews did an excellent professional job with minimal disturbance. It was such a pleasant experience to deal with such professionals to include their finance personnel. Simple Design & Build made the whole process a great experience for us. Without hesitation , if you desire a home remodel, highly recommend! Thanks again Ilai, Leon and everyone."

"Got our bathroom redone by Ryan at Vine Renovations and it is like walking into a luxury hotel now. He chose some really sleek fixtures and the tiles are just beautiful. The whole process was hassle-free, which I appreciated."

"Tom's quote wasn't the lowest, but it's generally my experience you get what you pay for and he came highly recommended. As the job progressed I came to see that in fact the quote wasn't out of line at all considering the effort and quality he puts into his work. Notably he did a lot of difficult and detailed prep work, something you don't see on the surface but makes for floor that lasts. Not hard to imagine this time consuming prep is likely an area a low bid installer would cut corners. Bottom line is Tom is a professional that takes pride in work and does it right!"

Attention to Detail, Tile
"Gomez Tile Design is absolutely the best for installing tile. I used to flip properties and thus I have extensive experience working with contractors. I can tell you that with Gomez Tile Design, Samuel and Abel, were always on time, super conscientious, discarded all the waste and left the job super clean. In addition, their workmanship is superior, from the way they layout the tile to the grout lines. I totally recommend them if you are looking for perfection."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
Fallbrook Addition & Remodeling Contractors are rated 4.7 out of 5 based on 122 reviews of 122 pros.
