"We are extremely satisfied with the high quality remodel that we contracted JDN Construct to do for us. Our remodel encompassed gutting and restructuring the first floor, and fix a disaster tile job that had been done by another contractor. Both floors needed to be wheelchair accessible; accessibility was the purpose of the remodel. We spoke with 4 different contractors and we hired JDN. JDN was our choice because of price, design, quality, and most of all knowledge of ADA requirements needed for wheelchair accessibility. The owner, Jeremy came to our home and personally discussed my daughter's the particular needs. He was mindful making suggestions for changes needed for total accessibility. When creating the new floor plan, he measured her wheelchair radius, the distance needed for her reach, and attentively listened to my daughter's needs and requests. Jeremy presented a bid that was well within our budget. The design he created was insightful, and imaginative when moving walls and widening doorways. The floor plan provided open-concept and fully accessible rooms. When selecting cabinetry, flooring, counter tops, fixtures, and wall colors, Jeremy provided a variety of quality choices to give our home the look we were hoping for. Jeremy went the extra step of using "Facetime" in a tile showroom to show flooring samples. We agreed to a different choice to save time, and we were even happier with the choice he selected for us. He created a bi-fold door for the downstairs bathroom, and angled to wall for easy accessibility. JDN's employees were knowledgeable, and hard working. The demo (the entire first floor including several walls) was done in one day. Unbelievably, the house was clean, and all debris was removed before they left. The house remained very clean and inhabitable throughout construction. While doing the wall/tile repair in the Master bathroom, Jeremy discovered and repaired a leak be which had already showed signs of mold which could have been a disaster if it had not been discovered. The tile work was done with expert precision and he created a bench next to the tub for easy access to the bath tub; which is a great idea for my daughter. Jeremy's design was a total success, the house looks incredible, and has greatly increased the quality of life and independence for my daughter. When on the job Jeremy and his capable team always ensured life in the face of remodel was pleasant for my daughter and her dog. Jeremy took my daughter's dog for a walk when access was temporarily obstructed, and reset her television almost daily. One day, a neighbor was looking over the fence searching for his cat. They discovered it on my daughter's roof and Jeremy offered his assistance. Jeremy rescued the neighbor's cat from our roof without hesitation. Jeremy was wonderful to work with.
