"My furnace was having issues so I had 5 HVAC companies stop by to troubleshoot and give me a quote on replacing the heater/AC.  I ended up converting my HVAC from gas to electric since I would be installing solar.  Roger spent a lot of time troubleshooting to see if he could still save my dying furnace if I fixed a couple of parts.  I felt he was very honest and not trying to oversell me on a high-end system like some of the other companies.  When I evaluated multiple HVAC systems and features, the other companies tried to sway me to one product because they were only licensed to install that particular unit.  But Roger was licensed to install a number of different products and gave me his opinions on various ones.  He went above and beyond troubleshooting and installing my new HVAC system.  Not only that, his pricing is extremely competitive.  I highly recommend hiring RAW Heating and Air.  You'll get an honest opinion, great installation, and competitive pricing!  Plus, he's a really nice all-around good person."

I was able to get a quote based on some basic information I gave to Alex which was to be verified onsite if I moved forward. I really did like that since I am a very busy person. The price was very competitive but as we all know that is only one component, its all about the quality of the product and installation. I was able to schedule the installation for a day and time that worked for me and on the day of installation my doorbell rang promptly at 8am. I did notice them parked outside early but I did appreciate them waiting to start exactly as promised. The initial crew were very nice and got to work right away then the company labeled van showed up with my new unit. Alex eventually showed up and did a walk through, I really appreciated him taking off his shoes which shows respect and making sure I was comfortable with the process. He also was very patient with the numerous questions I had and I also did a last minute upgrade to a Nest thermostat which he was able to run out and grab for me with no problem! Glad I did that we love the technology is brings. The removal of the old unit and the install of the new unit with this 4 man crew only took 3 hours and at the end the crew completely cleaned the area and Alex did a final walkthrough making sure I understood how to use the new HVAC unit and thermostat. He also tested the heat and cold and took temperature checks to make sure the output was as expected. We settled on the bill and I got an immediate receipt via email with the details. Top to bottom was very impressed with HVAC Experts a newer company but you can tell they have many years of industry experience! I now have a brand new AC unit and it’s working great!!!"

"Eddie and Lennon are pros. They were the first company to call back after leaving a message I need help. I hired them to check the air conditioning and discovered it had a big leak. After looking and talking, the system including the furnace needed to be replaced. I decided to change the system after negotiating a price and they started to take out the old air conditioner and heater that afternoon and come back the next morning to install the new system. I asked Eddie if he could install a Nest Learning Thermostat I had purchased and he said no problem. They did cleaned up like they were never there. The new system works perfectly and with less noise too. Champion Aire Heating and Air Conditioning was the right choice to hire. "We called some of the big HVAC companies in the area that market with big adverts on TV and we felt we were getting taken for a big gouge. I had used HomeAdvisor for my work before and thought i would give it a go. I put my job up and Cool Air for You was interested, so I submitted it (they were the 2nd interested). Vadim called to schedule an appointment for him to come out. He said he could be there the next day. With only a 1hour window! Big guys were giving us 4 hour windows. He arrived well within his window. We were not ready to repair, as the guy we had come out and do a diagnostic from a big CO. Told us it would be a band aid, and replacing the complete unit was the way to go. 3ton unit for $15k?! We had to shop! Vadim and Cool Air for You felt he could get the A/C unit working. He took a look and fixed it in 30 minutes for far, far less cost than the big companies. Professional service. I felt like he cared. He gave us tips others haven't. Genuine guy.
