"Ted, the owner, and his crew were fabulous. They were on time, they did their work fast and without a mess to my house. They installed the awning by going over the roof and using ladders so as to not bring supplies and equipment over my hard wood floors. This is the best contracting service that I have ever used!"

"I have always done my own carpentry electrical tile plumbing but due to age and physical limitations I was concerned about hiring out the removal of a key load bearing header and wall. Vic and I went into the attic and he explained to me his approach to this project he understood the engineering right away he and his Nephew David a very polite young courteous and professional young man finished this job in one day including cleaning up the area and hauling the scrap material away. I highly recommend Vitaliy and would hire him again with no hesitation, he has mastered his trade and skill sets very well. Great job Vitaliy keep it up!"

"From a firm handshake at our first meeting, to a last, firm handshake after the job was done, I was impressed by Les and his crew. He (Les) gave me a price, gave me a time-frame, and lived up to both. A great team to do business with. The crew was excellent. They began the project at 10 am, and were done, cleaned-up, and gone before 3pm. The difference between our old, wood rotted patio cover and this new one are startling. We've probably added twice as much to the value of our home, as it cost us to replace the old one. Great work, good people, timely results. THANK YOU WESTERN SKY"

You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
