"Great job, though I was hoping the final cost would be less. But Robert Hervey took the time to explain the process and what the possible issues could be. Then he showed me the actual problem after removing my toilet and it, though expensive, needed to be done. I appreciate the time he took to explain and I didn't feel like the usual bait/switch. Job done was great, cleaned up afterwards, no more leaking toilet. Thanks a lot!"
