"At the time I was a first time home owner. Itâ s new construction so I was looking for very kind, honest, and passionate contractors who can help me make my dreams come true using a blank slate. I met Phillipo and crew and I just felt at home. Their honesty, skills, and drive to fulfill my vision was exceptional. I wanted a beautiful wood stone fire place and they created just that. I also had large beams put in on my ceiling and had them paint too. I couldnâ t believe how well they did with constructing that. They were professional, caring, and worked the entire time they were at my home. Sure there were little hiccups here and there but they had wonderful communication from start to finish and always made sure to fix any small issue that arose. I love how they have a warranty and came back for touch ups later on. They keep everything so cleanly like they were never here. Price was very reasonable as well and they can pretty much do anything from electrical, painting, all the way to plumbing. Still to this day, I get so many compliments on the work that was done in my home. Give them a try if you havenâ tâ ¦ and thank me later. We love our home :)."

"I can't say enough great things about this company. Sadov basement solutions transformed our completely unfinished basement to this beautiful addition to our home. Even with adding a bathroom and a wet bar, they finished quickly and within budget. The communication and attention to detail was impeccable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of home remodeling. Jarek and Robert were accommodating to any changes we wanted to make, flexible and offered expert guidance during the project. We received several quotes for the basement and Jarek was the only contractor to suggest leaving the ceiling unfinished and painted black for tax reasons. We got 7 other quotes and not a single contractor told us that because it would mean less money in their pocket, but Sadov did because their main priority was customer satisfaction. "We were very happy with DemoWorks. The price was fair, the work was good and the workers friendly. Initially, my husband and I hired DemoWorks to remove two small walls/doorframes and to drywall our front hall closet. This was no easy feat considering our house is 100 years old, has mostly plaster walls, and had an old exterior wall now acting as an interior wall in our home. We also wanted, what we thought were, two old, capped gas pipes removed from our living room wall. When Monfilio and Drake arrived to do our project, Monfilio immediately stated that he believed the gas pipes were actually old electrical boxes. At this point, we had several estimates from other companies on the cost of removing these gas pipes and, yet, Monfilio was literally the only person to suggest that he believed these capped pipes were actually electrical and when we opened up the wall, he was right too. Monfilio was always willing to offer advice and information about the construction of our house. You could tell he has a great passion for homes. There was a small misunderstanding and he was willing to fix it so that we were completely happy with the project. He even stayed late (unprompted) to make sure it was 100% complete before he left. Long-story short, we were so impressed with the work that they have done for us that we actually asked them to come back to remove a third doorframe, after our first project was completed. At this point, all of our projects have been completed and we are very happy with the results. It is also worth noting that all the employees that have worked with us on our projects have been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely be hiring them to help us with other projects around our old home."
