He has done electrical, plumbing, and built in shelves, especially at the mobile park. It is hard to find contractors to do the work, but he is available, affordable, and worth the money. He put in more time to get the job done, he was timely and made sure the project got done."

"Tim repaired and painted fascia boards and soffits in three locations due to roof leaks, checked and repaired drywall inside, and replaced molding around a column outside. He and his team did an excellent job and he was in regular contact with me explaining what he was doing and why and getting approval if any changes were needed. He was the only one that came out promptly and gave me a quote. He was always on time, communicates well, demonstrated excellent craftsmanship, and makes sure that you are pleased with his work.
