Once Travis was done, my AC blew the coldest air ever, which tells me that the ducts weren't insulated, just as I thought. Well, they are snuggley and cold now. My AC has been running at 1/2 the amount of time prior to the blow in. He cleaned up after the job, too. THAT showed me a pride in service and a strong work ethic.
