"Simon and Sons is a great family owned business. I contacted for an assesment to clean or replace our gutters. They Respinded immediately via Angie's List. Showed up on time for a review and to provide an estimate. I found the estimate to be reasonable and realistic given history of the home and other estimates received. I respected they prefer a visual assessment and not use google earth to provide an estimate as one company chose to do. They showed up on time and cleaned up leaving the property as they found it. In some instances better, We discussed ongoing maintenance going forward. They will be this home owners contractor for all things Roofing and Gutter related. I am quite please with the excellent work and customer service. Observing their work ethic has also earned another client from my neighbor. Well done Simon and Sons"

Our problem was a lot of loose vinyl siding on our two-story home that we were fearful of blowing away. Dario Garcia and Jose were very thorough in their assessment of our project, making certain that the wood underneath the siding was in good condition before the repair, which it was. It was evident from this assessment that they took pride in what they do. They then gave us a fair estimate for the repair. "Joaquin Sanchez is very hard-working. He was cooperative and very interested in pleasing the customer. He did a great job in cleaning up the exterior of my home. Joaquin needs a better rain suit because he got very wet during the process of pressure washing the house. I would recommend him to do this work.
