We had Charles from Amenity come out and price out our windows for replacement. They used the same windows that Pella quoted and were able to save me almost 7500$ compared to what was quoted through the Pella rep. The installation was also top notch. Did new exterior trim around windows to accent the Hardie. Overall I am incredibly pleased with the pricing and beyond impressed by the installation from the team!

Do not use! Hired through insurance, hail damage. Eight months later and work is still not completed. Took the money and did not care! Unresponsive or reliable!!!!!

This was a fairly small repair but the team did an excellent job! They were on time, courteous, professional and neat. Great attention to detail. They even re-arranged some of the old siding to make the repair barely noticeable. Great job! Would hire again.

I needed one piece of siding (from the original builders construction) that had fallen off the house reinstalled. They came out the same day and reinstalled the piece of siding. Excellent service and response time.

Excellent experience all around dealing with this company. Work was done in one day, clean up was timely and thorough, and the roof looks great. Pricing was not the lowest but in line with other contractors who provided quotes, and included attention to detail that was lacking from the others.

I cannot recommend this company enough! We struggled with our insurance company and the claim adjuster that they sent to our house after a storm. Because of this, we needed a public adjuster to represent us. Not only did I feel like the company fought for us, but they took the time to explain all the steps, and were always reassuring during the process (which with insurance, takes a long time). They knew their stuff, and made us feel safe in their hands. I am big on communication, and they made sure I was able to contact them whenever I needed to, so that I always felt heard and that I could have the peace of mind that I knew and understood what was happening. Once installation started, their work was top-notch. Their workers cleaned up after each project, and they always made sure we were happy with the end result before they moved on to something else. From our adjuster, to our account manager, to the workers who came to our house, the professionalism was outstanding and the final product they put out is beautiful. Our house got a major facelift, and she has never looked better. You can't go wrong with this company!
