"If you are considering to build a fireplace at home, JPL Masonry will do an excellent and professional job at a very reasonable price-point, considering the quality and workmanship that goes into it. Jonathan and his team built our fireplace exactly how we envisioned it to be and also advised us on the stone color and overall dimensions of what would go well in our living room. What we really appreciated was the fact that nothing was ever rushed and that communication and scheduling flexibility was awesome. Jonathan did his best to work around our schedule and was always prompt at replying to texts/phone-calls and overall communication etc. He even messaged us pictures of available fire insert options which not many contractors would do. He takes great pride in doing a solid and detail orientated job, in addition to dressing the area with floor mats and side screens to ensure our hardwood floors were kept clean throughout the entire project. "We own a 100+ year old home in the Pilsen neighborhood. In the dead of winter and temps in the low teens we experienced some draft issues with the chimney, which stopped the furnace from working. After calling several companies for an emergency same day visit Allen at Ignite was the only one that was able to make it happen. He came out and determined the chimney bricks/mortar inside were crumbling and clogged the flue, preventing proper draft. He was able to remove the blockage and get us up and running that same day. He also provided a quote to reline the chimney at a later date once the weather allowed. With the warmer temps recently, Allen scheduled the job and came out with his team to install the liner on 1/13/22. The job wasnâ t as straight forward as he hoped, having to open up an access hole on the first floor to remove an area of brick for the new liner to pass through. He kept us informed through the entire process, showed us everything once the job was complete and cleaned up nicely. The price was fair for the work that was performed. We would definitely recommend Ignite and use them again if need be."

"Derek came out and did an estimate about the work needing to be done, he was quick and thorough and work actually performed matched his original quote. He was great about going through the options for my gas fireplace and made a candid recommendation based on my needs. Had to wait for Spring to be able to make the repairs needed and install the new set-up, but A1 followed-up in a timely fashion and got me on the schedule. Derek handled the repairs and installation of my new fire island and was quick and professional throughout the appointment. Would definitely recommend him, and will be using him for the regular maintenance."
