"Needed a master bathroom renovation, tiled shower & floor. Put in a request on a Monday and immediately received a call within two hours for contractor to review the project. Mark came out and looked at the job. Next day I received a written estimate. The following Monday work began and was completed in a week. Response and communication were excellent. Mark is flexible, knowledgeable, very meticulous in his work, great attention to detail, came up with some great recommendations and responded well to a curve ball two days into the project. I asked about installing floor heating under the tile. If he was a bit hesitant about doing it, I would have understood and passed. But he strongly agreed that now was the time, gave me a price, purchased the materials and the job got done without much delay. I'll be thanking him next winter. Worked in a confined area and was neat and orderly. Finished project looks spectacular. We are very pleased with the work. In addition I have a special needs adult in the house and Mark was wonderful answering his questions and understanding his curiosity. Never during the project did I feel Mark was intruding on our lifestyle or schedule. Very much a pleasure to have in the house. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for tile work that Mark is a true professional. "We had a challenging and highly technical 12x16 TREX deck re-leveling (repair) and refinish project that some other contractors declined to take on or quoted me absolutely ridiculous amounts. After moving a header board and re-leveling the joists, the TREX was completely removed and replaced with a new color scheme and new TREX railings with cocktail rail. After a miscommunication with a local TREX deck supply company resulting in a minor delay due to the unique color combination, the final product was worth the wait. Kyle B. from Marco Construction was as meticulous and detail-oriented as I would have been in ensuring that this deck was finished looking exactly how I envisioned it from the beginning. Only pictures do this project justice, but I cannot upload them to HomeAdvisor with this review. The actual construction time was very reasonable and much less than the month. The final cost was a little higher than the original quote, but not out of the question due to the additional framing, header, and deck board installs work required to build the deck as I envisioned it.
