"Sergio and his Team were a pleasure to work with! We started to just have a couple walls painted and then I decided to do almost the whole house. And I needed it done in a 24 hour timeframe so we could move in. Sergio helped me decide on colors by actually getting samples and wallboard so I could see the actual results before I picked the final colors. He was very patient with my questions and indecision and constantly put my mind at ease about the job. This team took the time to remove wall plates and blinds and then replaced them after the job was done. They even finished ahead of schedule which is amazing. At the end of the job he had me walk the entire house to be sure I was completely satisfied. I could not be happier with the quality of the job from taping to cleaning up. "I used Jose Palacios for engineered flooring repairs. Jose was very professional and came to my home to give me an estimate. We agreed upon a price and the date the floors would be repaired. He and his workers arrived on time and started to work immediately. They took out the damaged planks and scraped the floors and got all the glue off and then put new glue down and put the new boards in. Then he cleaned all the adhesive off that came up. He then put wood putty in the seams where he replaced the boards. He cleaned up thoroughly and the final step was to put down weights on the replaced boards. I highly recommend Palacios Flooring and will use them again for any future hardwood flooring projects that come up. Thank you Jose for the professional repair! We had an idea of what we needed but Danny's experience helped us get what we really wanted. We were so impressed with all the aspects of his work and professionalism. We hired Danny to install our bathroom floors originally. By the time we were done we had Danny and Nino install marble floors in the baths, wood flooring throughout the remainder of the home as well as a beautiful new fireplace. "They replaced the carpet for most parts in the house. They also provided correct advice about not laying tile until the foundation had a chance to settle after foundation repair work. The carpet options the provided were good. They did use some sales techniques like saying a particular offer is about to expire, so we need to jump on it etc, but all-in-all, a good experience with them. I recommend them."
