"The experience was better than I could have ever asked for. The lead plumber was very considerate and recognized an urgent situation that needed to be fixed. The background information that resulted in this urgent situation was caused by my degenerate home owners insurance company (USAA) that did not honor a common claim. The issue was a health hazard and extremely serious, but USAA home owner's insurance personnel dismissed the safety of my family to avoid assisting with a real emergency. I have since moved on and found a new insurance company. Alb's Brothers Plumbing saw this was a serious issue and worked hard to find a solution that could help correct the issue and help improve the health of my family. The broken pipes under my slab foundation had broken and leaked sewage under my house. Toxic gases were coming into my house. Alb's Brothers Plumbing truly went above and beyond. I noticed that my breathing and my daughter's breathing had become difficult. I brought multiple air quality sensors to help identify the issues. I explained the situation to Alb's Brothers head plumber and he couldn't leave us with this burden. So he came up with a solution and his team went to work. They dug a tunnel under my entire house (probably 60 feet). The broken pipes, which I believe broke due to the multiple deep freezes over the past winders, needed to be completely replaced. His team worked quickly and within a few weeks the tunnel was dug, pipes replaced, and the dirt was put back into the tunnel. Any excess dirt was placed where it was needed. The did amazing work. The air quality in my house is perfect. My daughter, a very good distance runner competing locally is now able to breath easily. The situation was very scary, and I am truly thankful for Alb's Brothers Plumbers work on fixing the plumbing. The price was very competitive and I would highly recommend them to anyone know. We started with a camera locate on our new property then ended up having major sewer line repairs done with Mike and First Choice Plumbing. We are talking 8 breaks and a 12 foot belly in a line. They did an exceptional job and in a shorter timeframe than others quoted and for less too. There were a few surprises in the property's condition once we dug up the foundation but Mike was very fair in helping us reach a solution that was fair and reasonable.
