"I called Cook's Heating & Air-Conditioning due water coming out of the pressure relief valve of my boiler. Mike called back 10 min after I left a message and arrived at my house less than 2 hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made a quick fix. Mike then performed a routine boiler maintenance and cleaning service and checked the functioning of the heating throughout my house (radiators on three floors).
