Fast to respond to my issue with frozen pipes.

Grayson came rapidly and made a convincing presentation to repair three sinks, a shower and a toilet. Once we accepted, they started the next day and completed work the following day. Gray, John and Greg? were careful, courteous and efficient. We appeciate quality service and received it from Stong. Will gladly use them again.

Grayson was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also checked inside to ensure there were no leaks.

I just had a service call by Stong Plumbing. They were here the same day I called them them. The technician diagnosed my water leak problem and resolved the situation. I have used Stong in the past but have never been so amazed and happy with the outcome of a service call as today. I was only charged a diagnostic fee. Spent less than $100. Tell me when you can do that with a plumber! They are local here in Malvern PA. I'll keep using them in the event more plumbing issues come up.... Fred

Offered a quick and fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a timely manner. Grayson was courteous and did great work in replacing the old exterior faucet with a new frost free faucet. The entire work area was clean. Would highly recommend.

Bottom of the barrel plumbing company. I dont think these idiots could fill a kiddie pool without screwing up. They ****** my parents out of $45k to ruin, oopss I mean remodel their 8 x5 bathroom. They didnt use stainless screws when hanging drywall, so theres now these beautiful decorative brow spots all over the drywall (rusting screws.) They used incorrect caulk in the shower which started cracking, allowing water behind it. That led to use finding out they didnt use any waterproofing material behind the tile shower!!! Their so called plumber also has zero clue how to sweat a copper pipe, he used so much solder that the pipes were partially blocked internally. They set the floor tile pattern incorrectly and were pissy towards us when we made them tear it out and fix it (we literally printed a picture of the exact pattern we wanted) They couldnt even hang the medicine cabinet straight and I had to fix it. The dry wall spackling is jacked, I couldve grouted better with a butter knife. Its seriously embarrassing that a diyer with some common sense is more capable and knowledgeable than the professionals After looking at all of their other awful reviews, its scary that this company is still in business, also notice how they arent accredited. Save your money and sanity, and stay VERY far away!
