We had an issue with our Bosch dishwasher. Bosch hooked us up with Mr. Appliance and they were super responsive and the whole thing was taken care of (including parts having to be ordered and delivered) within 3 days. The communication - texts with technician and a picture of the technician - was fantastic. I appreciate that they do that and include a picture of the person (stranger!) coming to your house to do the repair. I can't recommend them enough; they were wonderful!
