The plumber arrived on time and was very courteous. Reviewed the project, discussed payment, and was able to apply a discount to the cost. So he tightened the loose nut, checked for leaks, alerted me to corrosion on the shutoff valve. I would hire this company again.

Mike did an excellent job. I was pleasantly surprised when immediately after I accepted the quote Mike was ready to go to work on replacing my waterheater. Work was done professionally, and Mike even discovered a few items that were not in the original quote and fixed them without additional charge. That is excellent service! Done Right today really lives up to their name, not only did they get it done today, but they did it right. That extra mile really counts. I recommend this company to anyone who wants work done in a timely and professional manner.
