"Definitely a quality company who provides great service. My wood floors turned out way better that I expected. Completely changed the atmosphere in my house and made it more homely. Paul was very transparent and helpful with understanding the process and how the measurements are taken along with how to properly prepare the house and collect equipment needed. Greatly appreciated his availability for questions and providing clarity. Only suggestion I would make for future is for the contractor actually completing the work. Pre-measure materials such as the shoe molding needed prior to installation so as to allow the customer the option of taking extra back for refund if possible. Other than that the process was seamless in completion."
