After, he left and my dishwasher would not finish a cycle. Turns out I had forgotten I had turned off the water when it broke. Dishwasher has been working like a champ ever since."

I was called and informed it would be somewhat later, so it wasn't a big deal, but I wonder if they might be too optimistic how long jobs end up taking. Other than that, I was quite happy with the person who fixed the problem."
