"Absolute PROFESSIONALS!!! The very definition of "going the extra mile". Richard and his brother walked me through the steps, one by one, and answered all of my many questions. They provided guidance on the best path to completion and were very patient with me. "I was in a real bind. I bought a high-end custom outswing door. Much to my surprise, however, there are only a select few companies who know how to install these doors. The first guy who installed the door didnâ t know what he was doing and took my money and ran. After running into many dead ends trying to find an installer, I was referred to Fenestra by Andersen Windows and Doors. Not only was Brad on the spot in a reasonable amount of time, his company knew exactly what they were doing and charged a fair price. They also took over an existing window project that went south on me. Talk about â clean up on Aisle 12.â They werenâ t put off by fixing someone elseâ s mess. My only regret is that I didnâ t know about them sooner to avoid the debacle we found ourselves in with less than qualified contractors."
