Since Luis wasn’t doing that portion of job he agreed to come back to sand,stain and poly them for us once installed. I love how floors came out what a difference! Best price ! "First off Rob is a TRUE Professional! We just had new carpet and tile installed throughout the house from a big box store. They removed and replaced trim where they laid tile but not carpet. This left us with mismatched base moulding. Rob was able to correct. Corners are tight, heights are matching, and everything it clean! Courteous, exacting and top notch!
