"I'm an elderly homeowner, and I was having problems with one of my radiators, not giving off any heat. A family member highly recommended Tom the heating air conditioning man. He came over and knew exactly what the problem was. he didn't take advantage of me as far as price goes! He was very nice very polite and came the time he told me he was coming. I highly recommend Tom for all of your heating /air conditioning needs. People like Tom are hard to come by today!"

"I was very pleased with their service. My washing machine had broken and was very expensive to repair. In purchasing my new machine through M and L, the service fee from the first visit was deducted, and the price of the machine completely reasonable. They took away my old machine, brought the new machine, hooked everything up, and showed me the differences between my old machine and my new machine. I was very pleased with their service and their promptness. Both of the gentleman who came to my house or a professional, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend this this company."

"They did an excellent job. First and foremost, they soothed my fears and worries when they arrived. Out of all the places I called at 10 PM they were the only ones willing to come out that night to look at the issue I was having. They informed me of the steps I would need to take till the morning so they would be able to purchase the materials to repair the boiler. By the following day, they arrived with everything they needed. They addressed all my wonders/questions and talked me through the different steps they were taking to repair the boiler. This was an excellent attribute of my interaction with them. Everything has been working perfectly after their repairs."

"Ray was friendly and very professional and you can tell immediately that he was very customer oriented. As far as prices go, he was more than fair compared to the other bids. As a matter of fact I expanded the scope of his work to include a new water heater too. All the equipment supplied was 100% new, still in the factory cartons and the installation work was TOP QUALITY. Ray not only sold me the job but he did the installation too. He and partner Ken, and their assistant (3 man crew total) worked very professionally and effectively. Needless to say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM."

"We had trouble lighting our natural gas boiler about a month after we suffered flash flooding due to hurricane Ida's heavy rain. The unit's electricity turns on, but the gas was not lighting despite clearly hearing the sparks. I called Mario who was kind from the start, and scheduled an appointment to check the boiler. Mario worked backwards through his checks: the gas valve, each of the wires, the pilot igniter and pilot gas hose. He showed us the gas valve had corrosion and water in it and had to be replaced. He then vacuumed the gas pipes to remove excess water, and installed a new valve; however, after a test, the gas would not turn on. He checked the wires and voltage was proper. He checked the igniter pilot, and discovered the flame was not lighting - gas was not reaching the pilot; the pilot gas hose had to be unclogged. Once he did that, the unit started working again! Mario was very detailed and patient in his approach. He has been pretty honest and kind, and it shows through his work. He made sure to test the boiler works properly with different thermostat settings, and also checked the heat radiators were working and heating the rooms. He made sure we did not spend more than necessary by explaining exactly what need to be replaced and what could be repaired or cleaned to make things work. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended!"

"I had a complete replacement of an HVAC system. An attic air handler and outdoor heat pump was just installed. I used Moore Services. I love the guy , his integrity and the quality of his work. He is patient answering questions with a dedication to his customers well being. He calls when he says he will call and shows up when he says he will show up. He shows respect for not only my home but my cats as well. He is reliable, fair in price and did an absolutely beautiful job. I couldnâ t wait to leave this review because too often people leave reviews only when they are angry. They use the internet to vent their rage. Usually , but not always, it has nothing to do with the service they receive . They unjustly displace their anger and dissatisfaction with life onto an innocent contractor. These people motivate me to leave good reviews. Credit should be given where credit is due. I have had many heating and cooling people service my unit throughout the years but when it came time to actually upgrade I went with Joe Moore! You wonâ t be disappointed! I highly recommend him for heating and cooling issues. Boilers too. I am writing this review as I enjoy my newly installed smoothly running air conditioner. If you want peace of mind, comfort and honesty then call Joe who is the owner of Moore Services! He is also a very nice, down to earth guy who knows his stuff! He also replies promptly. Itâ s like service on demand!"

"Big Billy is a boiler master, this guy impressed me with the types of tools and solutions he uses to get the job done, I watched Big Billy lay upside down under a boiler pipe to make a very difficult repair just so I would have heat for the night and so my fish tanks wouldnâ t freeze killing thousands of dollars worth of fish, at first I was nervous that he might get hurt but he bounced up after the repair like a gymnast, Big Billy has total dedication and many years of valuable experience that saved the day and my fish. "I am not a dramatic person, but Cole is a godsend!! He was on time and diagnosed and fixed our issue quickly!! He was friendly, professional and BRILLIANT. Don’t let his young age fool you. This guy knows what he’s doing. My mom’s front porch light blew out from an overzealous space heater. And it wasn’t just the front porch light. None of the outlets on the entire front wall of the house were working! Thank you, space heater. So we saw the great reviews for Cole and decided to call him. BEST. DECISION. EVER. Cole arrived ON TIME and found the issue almost immediately. If you saw my mom’s house (bless her heart) you would know this was no easy feat. So thank you, Cole, for smashing the stereotype of the expensive electrician who milks the clock. You are, and always will be, our first call for all of our electrical needs. "Faced with a suddenly leaking air conditioner toward summer's end, I didn't know if this was something that could be fixed, or if it would even be worth fixing. I'm very glad I decided to try. I found M&R on HomeAdvisor and e-mailed them last night (after hours). Rene called me first thing this morning, explained what he thought the problem was and said he could come this afternoon. I was much encouraged by our telephone conversation, and I was even more impressed when Rene and his partner, Marvin, arrived. They were very pleasant and courteous (even to my cats and dogs), quite knowledgeable and extremely professional. They explained everything as they went along, worked diligently, and left my home even cleaner than when they arrived. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely hire M&R again! Also, I would recommend them to anyone else who needed help with their air conditioning and/or heating."
