Eddy did a great job refinishing an entire bedroom floor and two end tables that were severely tarnished He spent a great deal of time, matching the colors perfectly, and he was very meticulous and perfectionistic in his job. He was upbeat, prompt and courteous, and his charges were more than reasonable. We highly recommend him for any woodworking refinishing type of job.

I have no idea how this guy has good reviews. We hired him to repair, sand and refinish hardwoods for a staircase and a few rooms. We told him from day 1 we wanted the stairs sanded which in his mind only meant the steps (top of stairs), not the vertical part. When he was finishing up for the day, I asked him about the parts of the stairs he was not sanding, he said he only sands the tops and refused to do it, despite us offering more money. So he leaves for the day AND NEVER COMES BACK. Does not respond to our voicemails or text messages and the job is nowhere near complete. It is been 8 days now. He was not done sanding even disregarding the stairs. He left many places and holes that clearly needed to be repaired untouched. He did not apply any poly or stain anywhere. He TOOK OUR DEPOSIT AND DISAPPEARED. I had to hire another company who said in addition to the holes that clearly should have been filled in before sanding, he had done such a terrible job with the few places he did repair that they would basically have to start from square one. I have to go to small claims court this week to file a lawsuit against him. I never leave reviews but this guy is absolutely terrible and I highly recommend you hire someone else

Eguz Wood Flooring refinished our bedroom floor. The work entailed sanding, staining, and applying several coats of polyurethane. The work was completed promptly and the results were excellent. We intend to hire Eddy again to refinish our dining room flooring.

We hired Edy to refinish our stairs. He arrived on time and did a wonderful job of refinishing our staircase. Edy took great care to make sure that the dust would be confined to the work area. Our experience with Eguz Wood Flooring was excellent! Edy was prompt, professional, experienced, and he is very hardworking. Edy had our full consent from the beginning- when he came over prior to beginning the project to introduce himself and give us an estimate. My fiance and I were pleased initially and decided to hire him to repair, sand, and polish our floors. Although the project took longer then expected, and the cost turned out to be more then the estimate, Edy handled this matter in the situation very well. Both him and his wife came by one evening and apologized for the delay in flooring and the higher cost of the repair to match existing wood floors. We appreciated their honesty and care overall. It truly needed to be and there wasn’t a better price out there. The project was more rare then other projects because the floors had to be specially ordered. Edy worked as best as he could. He did a neat job and made several trips back and forth to finish the job exceptionally. We are truly very happy with our finished floors and we would highly recommend Edy to others. We would even call him again for future projects. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us with our first home & it’s renovations. Hiring Edy was a great decision and he not only delivers a beautiful end result, including everything and more that we paid for-but also delivers trust through out the process.
