We worked with Nick to clean the grout in our master bathroom and shower. The job was done by Miguel, who was fantastic. The shower and master bathroom floor hasn’t looked this good in 10 years. Miguel is skilled, meticulous with his work and very neat. A week after the cleaning we ran into a problem with the grout in our shower. It appeared to be builder grade grout of poor quality which needed to be removed and replaced. Nick went to a good deal of effort to figure out what the problem was with the grout so that we would not have to redo this over and over again. Miguel replaced all the grout in the shower and it looks wonderful. It was great working with both Nick and Miguel and I would truly recommend the Grout Medic to anybody."
