The Grout Dude LLC

Hired Chris to clean/repair/replace the grout in our primary shower which was definitely showing its age. He did a great job, communication and professionalism was excellent and pricing was reasonable for the amount of work involved. Highly recommend.

Hired the Grout Dude in June of 2024 to repair and re-do bathroom/shower grout joints using epoxy grout. Paid him $1900 dollars in cash for his work. He stated that he guaranteed his work for 2 years. A few days after he finished I noticed a few places he missed. I called him to advise and he returned to correct work. Over the past few months the epoxy grout is breaking down and I now have mold showing up in several grout joints. I have called and texted the Grout Dude (Chris) over the past two months to get him to come back and honor his warranty. As of February 25, 2025 I have not received a response. He is a pretty slick operator in that he works for cash and provides no receipt or invoice. Thought I was dealing with a person of character and integrity. Got fooled!

Chris did a fantastic job. I had my grout cleaned by another company and it looked terrible. Chris made my shower look new again.

Have a large, tiled kitchen, breakfast room & entry area, 17 years old, that now looks like new. Very pleased with outcome.
