CBJ Home Improvements did a fantastic job on my outdoor living project (enlarging deck, installing screen room, and building a patio). First of all, the workers that built each part of the project were Craftsmen! Each putting in their own expert 'signature' custom piece. Secondly, they finished the work within the scheduled time. First of all, from the first phone call from the owner to the finish line was nothing but professionalism. Christian came out to talk about what needed to be done. He was very poised and not pushy. He gave me options and explained what would be best and offered us a quote. I told him I would pray about it and he said if they can help us let him know. I called him to let him know that we wanted CBJ to do the work. He came back out and went through the process of letting us know again what would be best. We signed the contract and the next thing you know the guys pulled up with the new wood for the deck, followed with the next day a crew coming to start the work. The crew, led by Pablo, were very professional. In five days I had what looks like a brand new deck. After they completed the work, the next day all of the debris and excess was cleaned up. We are so pleased with the service that CBJ gives. I have recommended them to family and friends. My husband and I are looking forward to working with them again for future projects. Excellent!!!!!!!!!!

Bill (the owner) is very personable, comes out to check his teams work and if I was satisfied with their work. Very accommodating when it came to putting in a change order. Lead foreman on site Marco is very knowledgeable and his customer service was great. The same goes for Christian their sales guy. Very easy going and good customer service skills.

The crew was efficient and professional. They did a great job with keeping a messy renovation project clean. The end result is just what I had envisioned. Thank you!
