Called on Wednesday afternoon and two techs arrived within 2 hrs. Diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue. Excellent techs that knew what they were doing. Highly recommend.

I felt like this company instituted a *bait and switch* tactic. I spoke to them prior to find out cost for services. I was led to believe it would be approx $95 per hour. I explained to them after an outdoor outlet burned out, a circuit of lights went out and there was no breaker tripped. They told me once here they would have to trace problem and that would be twice what they explained for less than an hour s work. It took approximately 20-25 minutes until completion. The problem was resolved however I just feel they took advantage of a situation that they knew immediately what the problem was. Since it was an electrical problem, I felt safety should prevail even with *dishonest* practices.
